How does your Free Trial Work?

Try us for free (click to direct to registration page) for a month! If you love your trial, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a member.   No cancellation fees.  No contracts.  No commitment.  Cancel online anytime. What membership plans do you offer?

INDISTRY offers 3 membership plans to fit your lifestyle:

  • Standard Plan: Unlimited TV shows and movies
  • Premium Plan: Unlimited TV shows and movies, Celebrity Reel channels, and unlimited live stream content
  • VIP Membership Plan: All the above, but as a VIP member, you’ll get access to our live events (limited tickets, first-come-first-serve), exclusive content throughout the year, merchandise discounts, and a $100 Apple gift certificate.

The first month is free for new members.  If you selected the Standard or Premium plans, and you choose to remain an INDISTRY member, you’ll be billed once a month on the date that you originally signed up.  If you selected the VIP plan, and you choose to remain an INDISTRY member, membership is a minimum of one year, and you’ll be charged the one-time annual fee.

Cancel any time with the Standard and Premium plans (at least 24 hours before the end of the current membership month to prevent another billing cycle).  VIP plans may be canceled or renewed automatically after the minimum one year term.

What kind of programming do you have?

INDISTRY has carefully curated a fantastic library of global content featuring INDISTRY originals, feature films, documentaries, TV shows, celebrity-exclusive content and more. INDISTRY content may vary by region and will constantly change as we strive to deliver fresh new content to members.

Your viewing experience is very important to us. We never use pop-up ads in our content, as advertisements can be a distraction while viewing your favorite show or live event. We work closely with our brand partners to carefully place products that are organic to the content and viewers can opt (or not) to shop. Which devices can I stream INDISTRY on?

Watch, shop, socialize and interact anywhere, anytime, on multiple devices.  INDISTRY streaming software enables you to watch content from INDISTRY through any internet-connected device that offers the INDISTRY app, including smartphones, tablets, laptop or desktop computer.

Simply download the INDISTRY app onto your device to register (Need Registration Link) or sign-in to access.

How do I get started?

It’s easy!  Just follow these easy steps to become a member:

  1. Choose a membership plan. (Need Registration Link)
  2. Create an account by entering your email address.
  3. INDISTRY will email you an authentication link.
  4. Click on the link to complete your registration and to create a password.
  5. Enter a payment method.
  6. You’re finished!

You can cancel your free trial any time during your first 30 days and never be charged.  If you choose not to cancel, your account will not be charged until your free trial ends.  As a member of INDISTRY, you’ll be billed once a month (if you selected the Standard or Premium plan) or annually (if you selected the VIP plan) on the date you originally signed up.

How can I shop on INDISTRY?

One of the coolest things about our app is that you can “shop the look” or purchase products that are available across the content right from your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer!  Click on the ‘hotspot’ on your screen to pause your video, get product information, and be taken directly to the site’s shopping cart. Where else can you purchase a product worn by your favorite artist right on the spot during programming?

How can I find out about new programs on INDISTRY?

It’s easy!  If you’re a member, you’ll automatically be notified of upcoming TV shows, movies and live events that appeal to you (based on your viewing history) so you don’t have to do anything!  Or simply Like our INDISTRY TV page on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see what’s coming up in new programs!

How can I go to an INDISTRY Live event?

Whether it’s music concerts with your favorite artist or band, listening parties, fashion shows with your favorite (and hottest emerging) designers, wine-tastings, sports / health & fitness events, stand-up comedy or cool charity events with caring celebrities, we have it all in your cities! How does INDISTRY charge my account?

INDISTRY is either a monthly or annual service depending on which plan you choose.   For the monthly plans, you will be automatically billed every month on the date you signed up.  For the annual one year membership plan, you may renew your membership for an additional year by doing nothing, and INDISTRY will automatically charge your account for an additional one year term.   Your credit card will be charged at the beginning of your billing cycle but may take a few days after the billing date to appear on your account.

How do I change or upgrade my plan?

You can change your plan at any time throughout your membership. To change your streaming plan, sign in and visit the Your Account page. Then select Change Plan to view and select available plans.

How do I cancel my account?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your membership, simply click the Cancel Membership (click to the cancel membership page on app) button on the Your Account (click thru to the Account page) page.

For monthly members, you can cancel anytime, but do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current membership month to prevent being charged for another billing cycle.  If you choose to cancel your VIP annual plan, you may cancel at any time.  However, you will not get a refund for the annual fee you paid at the time of purchase, as VIP annual plans are non-refundable.
